Job Description
1. Ensure that there is a list/reference of candidate applicants according to the needs of each department.
2. Monitor Personnel administration which includes Employee Data.
3. Assist HRD in determining employee work status and monitoring its continuation.
4. Monitor and follow up on the work contract process and appointment of permanent employees.
5. Anticipating the extension of the work contract and the process of employment termination due to the work contract's expiration.
6. Assisting crosschecks to concerned employees.
Job Requirement
1. Undergraduate last semester or fresh graduate of Psychology, Law, Management, and Accountancy.
2. Highly computer literate with capability in email, Microsoft and Excel/Google Sheets.
3. Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
4. Placement in Bali.
5. Willing to work on-site.
6. Preferably lived in Bali.
