Human Resources Manager

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for our client. Our client is an Indonesian hospitality and lifestyle company that specializes in offering luxury accommodations, unique dining experiences, and cultural immersion in some of Indonesia's most stunning locations.

Job Description 

1. Develop and implement HR strategies to the company
2. Ensure HR policies and procedures align with business objectives and company culture
3. Design and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
4. Manage employee cycles, including recruitment, training, development, and termination in accordance with administrative requirements and company policies. 
5. Ensure consistent implementation of employee policies, rights (payroll, benefits, compensation), and obligations.
6. Develop and implement an effective performance management system. 
7. Provide support for employee motivation, target achievement, and welfare
8. Collaborate with the General Affairs unit,  and follow labor law developments to adjust policies as needed.
9. Work closely with the General Manager (GM), Head of Department (HOD), and Corporate Office to grasp human resource needs accurately.

Qualifications: 

1. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Management
2. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
3. Communication Skills
4. Building Effective Relationships with others
5. Strong Interpersonal Skills
6. Able to relocate to Labuan Bajo-Komodo
