We are looking for a Human Resouce Specialist specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success through effective HR management. .
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, promoting a fair and respectful workplace environment.
- Proactively address employee concerns and facilitate open communication channels between management and staff.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and development needs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
- Identify opportunities for employee growth and development through training initiatives and career planning.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in human resource management, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
