Job brief

We are looking for a Human Resouce Specialist specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success through effective HR management. .

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Employee Relations:
  1. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  2. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, promoting a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  3. Proactively address employee concerns and facilitate open communication channels between management and staff.
  • Performance Management:
  1. Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and development needs.
  2. Provide coaching and support to managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
  3. Identify opportunities for employee growth and development through training initiatives and career planning.
  • HR Administration:
  1. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll data.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and advising management accordingly.
  3. Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in human resource management, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
