We are looking for a Human Resources specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to selecting good candidates and closing hires, HR administration, including GA. HR Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers, and reporting to the local Country Head. If you have experience in HR & evaluating candidates for roles in various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:- Create and publish job ads in various local portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and other job platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Updating and implementing all policies and improving policies and procedures related to human resources, as needed & support undertaking the administration of new employees.
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the local Country head.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glints, Techinasia, etc.
- Familiar with Boolen Strings
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English & Bahasa
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
