Implementation Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and support the implementation of projects
2. Assess customer requirements
3. Develops scopes and cost estimates
4. Creates project plans and schedules
5. Ensures the project implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
6. May assist with escalated customer issues during or after implementations
7. Recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Related experience for 2-3 years or more
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, any Majors
3. Fluent in English is a MUST while fluent in Mandarin is a PLUS
4. Able to work under pressure and have strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skill and the ability to complete work independently
5. Good ability in Microsoft (preferably proficient in Microsoft Access)
6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat
