The Jakarta Post is currently looking for Information Technology Support

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for end-user on company headquarter.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to meet minimum downtown KPI.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests as well as building helpdesk system with collaboration within team.
• Providing technical support across the company either in person or over the phone with effective solutions.
• Setting up accounts for new users or assisting account migration if needed.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and monitoring tech asset maintenance.
• Testing new technology with concise R&D process in collaboration with IT Infrastructure team and leader.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in IT support for minimum 3 year(s)
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• In depth knowledge of Windows, Polycom, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365.
• Advance understanding in network and server management.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
