Intellectual Property Law Associate

Responsibilities

1. Drafting, reviewing, and approving all business contracts, emphasizing Intellectual Property protection.
2. Ensuring comprehensive protection of Intellectual Property rights for game development facets: art, sound, music, game design, code, and completed works.
3. Drafting and filing applications for IP and trademark protection in accordance with Indonesian laws.
4. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
5. Providing legal guidance on various game development and studio operational issues.

Qualifications

1. Law graduate from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in Intellectual Property Law.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Intellectual Property Laws and regulations.
4. Expertise in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
5. Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis with attention to detail.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills for complex legal concepts.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
