Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing pre-shipment documents for export custom purpose (managing contract/shipping instruction/packing list/etc.)
- To monitor the export vessel loading progress and arrange payment of export tax/levy in a timely manner
- To check the export declaration (PEB) and ensuring all data inside are correct
- Create a filing system (digitally and physically) for every export shipment and provide such documents to other departments as required
- To arrange and issue necessary export documents after loading within an agreed time frame set by the platform
- To ensure the shipment details are properly inserted in ATLAS system for month-end freezing purpose
- Maintain a good line of communication with colleagues and is open to work outside of the normal working hours should the situation call for it
Requirements :
- Hold min. Bachelor's degree in any field
- Has experience in export administration work for a year is preferrable
- Good Ms. Office (Excel & Word) skills
- Detailed orientation
- Willing to be hired under 4 months contract (maternity leave replacement)
