Position: Intern, Government Grants and Relations
Location: Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world while making a meaningful impact through your work.
Duration: Minimum of four months.
About Your Role:
You will be working directly under the guidance of Julien Uhlig, a prominent figure in cleantech investment with two decades of experience in venture capital and private equity. Your primary focus will be on ZeroX, an innovative waste-to-energy company that plays a crucial role in providing power to rural villages and combating ocean waste pollution.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying, generating, and managing government grants for Zero-X and other cleantech initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining strong government relations across multiple countries to support our clean technology ventures.
• Assisting in the growth and management of the existing pipeline of grants, ensuring compliance and maximized utilization for project advancement.
• Contributing to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at securing funding and support from governmental bodies.
Requirements:
• Must be a native German speaker with excellent reading, writing, and proofreading skills in German.
• A strong interest in clean technology, sustainability, and impact investments.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience or knowledge in managing government grants and relations is highly advantageous.
