Job Descriptions :
• Drafting / Reviewing and advise management on all business contracts with third
• parties.
• Review contract, agreement and internal policies and procedure
• Liaise with all department to ensure legal risk
• Business permit license (SIUP, domicile etc.)
• Managing all legal issues and relationship with the government
• Update new business’s rules and regulations
• Provide legal consultations on the implications of policies and procedures
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Law
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same field
• Having knowledge about corporate law, contract, litigation
• Leadership skills and detail
• Strong ability in legal reviewing and drafting
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work individual or in team
