Our client is a Japanese IT Consulting company. Currently, they are looking for IT Helpdesk / Infrastructure Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Helpdesk on Device Maintenance.
Defining Client's Requirement and considering the best solution.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree of IT Major.
Minimum 2 years as IT Helpdesk / Infrastructure Engineer.
Experienced with IT Helpdesk / Tier1 Device maintenance of Office equipment (PC, Projector, Printer, mobile phone et cetera), PC troubleshoot, and Office 365's troubleshoot.
Knowledge of Network/Server Design, Implementation, Operation, and Cloud Service (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) is a big plus.
