It Project Coordinator

- Preparing and Updating IT Budget Proposal for Bidding Tender
- Preparing and deliver ICT solution to office Project Site refer to IT Budget Proposal
- Monitoring planning & budgeting for the ICT services for Projects to ensure that resources are used to provide best in class ICT services
- Ensure security of data, network access , communication, software license and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational goals
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Ensure development, implementation and maintenance of all policies related to ICT services
- Coordinate for reviewing assets distribution, relocations and stock opname and reports
- Initial Support Provision and provide direct support to find solutions for more complicated problems.
- Receive & log service tickets from users and assess the urgency and priority of issues.
- Provide reports on issue resolution times and support efficiency.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical
- Minimum five (5) years experience in IT Support Project within Oil and Gas Industry or EPC Company.
- Strong knowledge and understanding in IT fields
- Good in written and verbal communications skill
- Have a strategic thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Time management, prioritization, multi-tasking and organization skills
