Job Description
- Manage end-to-end operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including support and troubleshooting for all users.
- Handle and manage IT tickets assigned to the team according to the Bosch ITIL Framework
- Responsible for end-user enabling and consulting to users in regards of IT solution and operation.
- Drive the local rollout activities for IT-related including their Change Management activities
- Collaborate with Regional Team in physically supporting the on-site IT Infrastructure.
- Coordination with Local Vendor to ensure the operational state of all onsite IT equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/relevant field is a required
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, customer centric with service mindset.
- Experience in PC/Notebook, printers, and peripheral maintenance.
- Has basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Server, DB Host, Storage, Backup, etc.)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in the same fields; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
