Uraian Tugas
- Provide 1st level support including AD, MS 365 email, file server, print server and printers, system backup, firewall setup and network security.
- Work with external vendor to monitor company current network security on daily basis and make necessary enhancements.
- Maintain documentation on IT procedures and report to the Head of IT on project status, day to day IT operation issues and recommend proposal for improvement as appropriate.
- Provide support to corporate level IT with analyzed records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential IT issues.
- Provide IT onboarding support and manage IT vendor regionally
- Other duties as assigned.
