IT Technical Support will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks in the organization. They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, and solve technical and application problems remotely or directly. Based on the organization, a technical support officer's role may span one or more areas of expertise. The work is as much about understanding how information systems are under as applying technical knowledge related to information technology hardware and software.
Qualifications:
- Well communicate in English
- Fully WFO in Central Jakarta
- Well understanding of Networking, Clouds, and Security (Mikrotik, VOB, VOIP, and NAS)
- Good understanding in UDM Pro, Azure, and Linux.
- Good knowledge of Tax Software (Accurate)
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
- Liaising with user/staff either remotely or face-to-face
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing faulty hardware as required
- Providing support, including adequate procedural documentation
- Responding within the agreed time limit and SLA to call-outs
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing open cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- To perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior or designated person
