Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Training and Services Sales Executive located in Jakarta. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, penetrate market and acquire new client, developing relationships with existing clients, and execute the selling process till the company target achieved. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the training team to develop and implement effective training programs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or D3 in business, management, communications, IT or a related field is typically preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Sales environment, especially in Training and IT industry
- Goal-oriented mindset and Great team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to make networking and building relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Good in critical thinking and problem solving to identify client needs, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions is important in the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending events, or leveraging online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of your offerings.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability for your company.
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This may involve market research, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Prioritize leads based on their potential and likelihood of closing.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and provide valuable feedback from the field.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance your sales skills and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in products or services. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Adherence to Company Policies and Standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Maintain integrity and professionalism in dealings with clients and colleagues.
