Jewelry Consultant

Position Overview:
A Jewelry Consultant is responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items. They possess in-depth knowledge of various types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and design elements to offer expert advice and create memorable shopping experiences.
This position is for all our boutique stores all over Indonesia (Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Manado, Cirebon, Manado, Makassar).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; jewelry-related education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, metals, and design principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Strong communication skills to convey product information and recommendations effectively.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Creativity in styling and suggesting jewelry combinations.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate and valuable items.
Ethical awareness and commitment to transparent business practices.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
