Job description
- Draft/ review various agreements and legal documents;
- Provide accurate and timely information to the company regarding relevant legal topics;
- Promote legal, compliance, risk management, and employment best practices for the company;
- Provide legal advice and guidance that is consistent with law and company regulations;
- Support Legal Manager in carrying out company regulations and applicable laws ;
- IP/Trademark general management (renewal, new registration, and pre-litigation);
- Communicate with external legal institutions and/or lawyers, and manage relationships accordingly.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable law school;
- Minimum 1-year working experience in related fields/ 2 internships experience;
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate and labor law;
- Experienced in handling corporate actions, licensing (OSS), and IPR procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies;
- Fluent communication and negotiation, both written and spoken, in English is required;
- Self-starter with agility, capacity, and willingness to learn at a fast pace;
- PERADI License preferably.
