Job Summary:
As Jr. Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing & implementing brand strategies that specifically cater to the demands of our distribution partners and retail outlets. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a seamless integration of brand messaging, promotions, and campaigns in the trade environment.
The ideal candidate have to possess a deep understanding of both brand development and trade marketing strategies, with the ability to optimize our brand's performance at the point of sale.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Science, Communications, from reputable university.
- Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or Brand Management for minimal 3 years, from FMCG or Pharmaceutical company preferably
- Strong understanding of brand operations and management, marketing, trade marketing principles, and digital marketing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative trade marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using design software and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current market trends, consumer preferences, and trade dynamics.
