Junior Business Development Associate

Responsilibities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
2. Collaborate with internal/external parties to gather information about specific industry market
3. Assist in the development of business proposals and presentations
4. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential client, understanding their needs and offer tailored solutions
5. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements
6. Prepare regular reports on Business Development activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Previous experience in Business Development preferred, but fresh gradute with a strong interest in the field are encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken communication.
