Basic responsibilities:
- Manage payment documentation for AP and AR
- Reviewing documents completed before payment transaction
- Monitoring payment due date based on the documents of AP and AR
- Supervise and filing payment as in terms of payment regulatio
- Manage transaction and preparing for posting the transaction
- Assured tax calculation and payments follow government rules and regulations
- Oversee and ensure that all teams in other departments are operating by company guidelines regarding selling margins, refunds, cancellations, and budgets
- Calculate monthly sales incentives breakdown for compliance
Junior Manager Role
- Preparing financia linformation to senior management such as cash flow projections with specific AR and AP calendar advance scheduling
- Collaborate with other department heads to prepare AR forecasting and secure sufficient funding for working capital and strategic initiatives
- Budgeting process based on financial projection and financial analysis

Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting(is a MUST) or above
- More than 5 years’experience in accounting more preferred
- Preferred having experience as Internal Auditor Accounting Audit process
- Preferred hands on experience in accounting process using ERP
- Understanding the PSAK regulation
- Tax knowledge will be an advantage
- Detailed oriented person
- Goodcommunication in English as second language(preferred)
- Adapt to changes and fast learning process
- Willing to learn with new ideas and process
