Uraian Tugas

Job Description:

  • Build, manage & maintain the relationship between Lazada and key brand partners
  • Manage accounts and ensure new/current brands achieve commercial and operational excellence on Lazada.
  • Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis and ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential.
  • Sharing your current take of brand positioning and delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering.
  • Educate brands on Lazada platform promotional tools, features & policies-- and engage them to participate in campaigns.
  • Analyze commercial performance and operation metrics of brands in the program, and provide relevant solutions to optimize brand performance.
  • Align with various internal teams and have brands updated on the latest information updates to help brands run their business & take on marketing opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives & project to achieve a breakthrough in the online marketplace industry.
  • End-to-end coordination with other departments, especially campaign, LazMall, platform and Lazada Marketing Solutions team.
  • Responsible on brand's JBP plan, performance & review, including but not limited to MBR & QBR.
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or beauty industry is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (+3 years) in E- commerce or related retail company
  • Strong connection & network to main distributors and Brands
  • An extremely credible reputation and relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
  • The ability to help craft and independently execute buying strategies
  • Experience in all aspects of buying
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
