Job Description:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales techniques.

2. Develop strategies to improve product performance and increase sales and profitability.

3. Establish contact with customers in the industry to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls/emails, and scheduling meetings in person.

4. Network with customers, identify new prospects, ship furniture, deal returns and exchanges, develop promotional offers, do paperwork, train, and guide personnel, and sign for employees' payroll.

5. Create better sales and marketing strategies and plans to increase productivity, raise brand recognition, and hit sales targets.

6. Answers and solves customer concerns and issues regarding the received product or services either in person, through a phone call, or through other methods to maintain client satisfaction.

7. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

8. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

10. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

12. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
