Your ‘day to day’
- Apply well-defined scientific/technical methods and work instructions to perform routine analyses and technical activities to ensure that all materials, semi-finished and finished products are appropriately measured and monitored for their release.
- Ensure that instruments are calibrated and methods validated for the accuracy, precision and reliability of the analysis.
Carry out calibration and collaborative test on instruments and materials (Raw Materials, Packaging, Finished Goods and semi finished) in order to monitor the instruments and materials performances.
- Ensure the identification and management of identified nonconformities and related corrective & preventive actions.
Update and create PMI internal methods, procedures and work instructions in order to define, to improve and/or to standardize the Quality related activities.
- Execute Quality Reports to support the achievements of Quality related objectives.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor or Master from reputable universities, preferably majoring in chemical or chemical engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Laboratory Technician preferably from tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry would be an advantage
- Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Chemistry
- Strong knowledge on medium complexity instruments, e.g. GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS
- Familiarity with validation process
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
