Laboratory Commercial Executive

Job Description: 

1. Develop & maintain strong relationships with key SHG  / external clinicians and hospital management. Act as a liaison between clinicians and SHG lab to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent services.  
2. Prepare and deliver presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to support client acquisition and enhance SHG lab visibility. 
3. Perform relevant data analysis to understand HU’s potential, e.g. focused craft group/specialty, key clinicians, strong lab test equipment vs its surrounding, outsourced items, etc. 
4. With lab management team, co-develop suitable portfolio mix and implementation strategies based on the above information.
5. Deliver results by improving the prescription & catchment rates, as well as the adoption of new tests. 
6. Participate in medical events & conferences to promote awareness of SHG laboratory services and foster external engagement 
 

Job Qualifications: 

1.  Bachelor’s degree in medical or natural sciences, preferably in cell or molecular biology
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders 
3. Well proven track record in healthcare industry sales/marketing with outstanding achievement in clinicians engagement
4. Intermediate to advanced skill in using Excel and Powerpoint
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
