Job Responsibilities :
- Generate and expand potential customer leads
- Build an active growth pipeline

- Manage and develop Sales Support
- Alignment with current updates on Logistics industry and potential target marker industry
- Co-draft and review contracts
- Regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years as Logistics Sales / Business Development experience
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Customer-driven and result-oriented
- Aggressive, persistent, proactive
- Excellent communication
- Logistics sales background
- Good proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Develop replicable methodologies for scalable impact
- Connect dots across different teams’ business plans and create overall work plans for one’s own function
- Drive for execution excellence
- Upgrade the team by hiring bar-raising talents and managing poor performers
