The Lead Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up, maintenance and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, as well as the oversight of co-workers as described on the Daily Reports. This included upkeep of our function and pre-function spaces from floor to ceiling.This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to guests and execute last minute changes and room turns. Ability to work in a fast-pacedteam environment.Ability to train and coach other Event set-up colleagues.
