Lean Manufacturing Manager

Role and Responsibility:

• Work together with Management Team, develop, make moves and implement business transformation and strategy for sustainable improvement with great acumen in organization structure, commercial, cultural and process approach.
• The framework is to assure consistent and strict implementation in organization based on Best Practice. To be responsible for management success and its implementation in business by developing enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team and build work relationship assuring that health, safety and environment

Task:

• Develop strong sustainable improvement strategy in partnership with management team.
• Implement and support cultural shift in organization and support business improvement.
• Develop and contribute business improvement standard.
• Report progress in the site, understood risk, budget dependency,
• resource, and do action required to ensure success.
• Analyze business process, statistic for improvement and support changes in the company.
• Conduct training and development continuously
• Analyze root cause and problem solution.
• Identify opportunity of business improvement in organization.
• Assess process and task risk in departments
• Set up departmental objective (KPI) and review sustainable performance
• Report target achievement and identify required actions.
• Establish organization capability by deploying and developing improvement team.
