Leasing Assistant Manager (Tangerang / Labuan Bajo)

Vasanta Group is currently looking for “Leasing Assistant Manager”, placement Tangerang or Labuan Bajo, with details as below:

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day leasing operations, including leasing apartments, processing applications, and conducting property tours.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of property amenities, floor plans, and lease terms to effectively market available units.
3. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
4. Collaborate with the leasing manager to develop and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals and maximize rental revenue.
5. Prepare leasing reports, maintain accurate leasing records, and assist with lease renewals and rent collection as needed.
6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed recommendations for pricing and promotions.
7. Assist with the coordination of property events and marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
8. Support the leasing manager in training and supervising leasing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in property management, leasing, or a customer service role within the real estate industry.
3. Strong experience and relationship with big retail or F&B brands
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
5. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations, leasing principles, and marketing strategies.
7. Willing to be placed in Tangerang or Labuan Bajo
