Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Leasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing and managing the commercial spaces within our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving occupancy rates and maximizing rental income.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain a diverse mix of tenants that align with the shopping mall's target market and overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive leasing experience.
• Identify and engage potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and execute lease agreements. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the interests of the shopping mall.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use insights to adjust leasing strategies and remain competitive.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of leased spaces, working towards maximizing rental income and achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management
• Strong market research skills
• Experience in resident retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and how they relate to real estate is a plus
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
