Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now looking for Legal Operation with qualifications and job details below

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.
2. At least 5 Years of working experience in Legal Permit / Goverment Relation.
3. Fluent in English both oral and written (Mandarin is Plus)
4. Understand Company/Construction Law/Permit Law/Government Relation in Batam
5. Have PERADI/PKPA certificate
6. Placement in Batam

Job Details:

1. Manage of all legal product needs (drafting, reviewing, & observing) for project/corporate commercial sector needs, infrastructure, land acquisition, etc in Batam.
2. Conduct research on regulations relating to the interests of the company/project that will be and/or are currently running.
3. Conduct internal and external search, research, and coordination.
4. Drafting and making legal products related to corporate needs in accordance with the Law on Limited Liability Companies, and/or other forms of business entities.
5. Conduct regulatory research and update any regulations related to the interests of the company.
6. Conduct searches, research, and coordinate both internally and externally with a notary or legal consultant.
