1. Lead and drive a plan, monitoring, analysis, and execute all activities of legal function/ operation.

2. Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

3. Identifying and mitigating legal risks.

4. Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company's compliance will all applicable laws and regulations

5. Provide practical legal advice for regulation, licensing, and counterparty risks.

6. Keep the legal document and record filing effectively and easily accessible.

Requirements

1) Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.

2) 3- 5 years of working experience as a Corporate Legal and Have a good knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.

4) Fluent in English (oral & written) is a must.

5) Can speak Russian (not a mandatory requirement)

6) Good ability in communication and negotiation skills.

7) Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

8) Someone who has experience working in a law firm who has experience working in B3 waste management law is preferred.

9) Able to perform hands on approach to solve various problem, limited and not limited to law scope of work.

10) Own a car has SIM A and able to support high mobility working condition.
