Logistic Analyst (Admin Support)

Job Description:

As a Logistic Analyst at SKINTIFIC Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our delivery logistics processes. Your primary responsibility will be handling delivery notes and invoices to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products to our customers. You will work closely with the logistics team to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Process delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
2. Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of products.
3. Verify the accuracy of delivery documentation and address any discrepancies or issues.
4. Maintain organized records of delivery notes, invoices, and related documents.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate logistics activities.
6. Assist in optimizing delivery routes and transportation methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
8. Generate reports on delivery performance and provide insights for process improvement.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
10. Assist in other logistics-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Min. 1 year proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
3. Proficiency in English both written/ verbal.
4. Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
