Job Descriptions- Design, develop and implement driver acquisition processes
- Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPV, Van, and Pickup Bak in Cirebon and surrounding
- Hands-on offline drivers acquisition & onboarding
- Setup drivers SOP and in charge of drivers quality
- Build and retain a high activity driver community
- Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles
- Maintain order fulfillment corporation and non-corporation
- Achieving total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPI's
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.
- Familiarity with the West Java market.
- Ability to communicate effectively in local languages is preferred.
- Join or have a strong connection with the driver pool/vendor area.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to champion new processes from planning to completion.
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- A background in inland transport/logistics is a plus point.
