Logistics Supervisor

Uraian Tugas

Prepare a work plan for the Bali site Logistics team.
Involved in formulating strategies related to improving and expanding services.
Ensure that strategies and SOPs are implemented in accordance with established standards.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of teams under their authority.
Submit a request for operational activity costs to the site Operations Manager.
Evaluate transportation routes and logistics capacity to make it more effective and efficient.
Create and submit reports related to logistics to User.
Report labor needs, especially if someone leaves for replacement, to User.
Become an intermediary between logistics employees at the Bali site and management.

Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.
Experienced in a similar position for at least 2 years.
Interest and understand the waste management system.
Have good communication skills.
Have the ability to manage a team.
Have good problem solving skills.
Have a strong leadership spirit.
Preferably domiciled in Bali.
