Report to Supervisor on duty upon arrival.
Start cleaning or set up work assigned.
Welcome each guest with appropriate greetings follow the standard of hotel & Accor.
Inspect linen, silver & china ware and condiments before use in service.
Is familiar with all dishes on menu and be able to describe, know assigned work station, table numbers.
Must be familiar with the building lay out, fire exits and elevator location.
Follow up guest request based on hotline instruction.
Deliver proper service as per hotel & Accor standard and procedure.
Sell food, drinks and wine by suggestion to guests.
Refer verbal complaints on food or service to the FB Supervisor immediately within 5 minutes.
Work Experience
· Diploma of Hotel & Tourism would be an advantage
· Experience in 6 months
· Able communication in English
· Interpersonal Skill
· Familiar with Opera, Micros and Hotel System
