Job Description

Job Overview:

Oversees the seamless execution of high-end travel experiences, which involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication to ensure clients receive exceptional service and unforgettable journeys.

Key responsibilities:


  1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and expectations for Luxury Travel experiences.
  2. Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with luxury hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and activity vendors to secure premium services and experiences for clients.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and activities, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the journey.
  4. Concierge Services: Provide personalized concierge services to clients, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and special requests.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each client's travel itinerary, ensuring expenditures align with client expectations and company profitability.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high service delivery standards by conducting regular quality checks and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  7. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel experience, providing timely updates, recommendations, and assistance as needed.
  8. Documentation and Administration: Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, confirmations, and travel guides, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  9. Crisis Management: Respond quickly and effectively to any unexpected challenges or emergencies during clients' travels, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  10. Destination Expertise: Stay informed about Luxury Travel trends, destinations, and experiences to offer clients informed recommendations and insights.
  11. Client Feedback: Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to gauge satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and foster long-term relationships.
  12. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • 1. Naturally adventure and possess expertise in sports

  • 5. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, particularly in Luxury Travel.
  • 6. Proficiency in using travel planning software and tools.
  • 7. Knowledge of luxury accommodations, destinations, and experiences.
  • 8. Negotiation skills for vendor management and budgeting.
  • 9.Flexibility to adapt to changing client preferences and travel arrangements.
  • 10. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • 11. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • 12. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • 13. Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certification (preferred).
