Job Overview:
Oversees the seamless execution of high-end travel experiences, which involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication to ensure clients receive exceptional service and unforgettable journeys.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and expectations for Luxury Travel experiences.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with luxury hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and activity vendors to secure premium services and experiences for clients.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and activities, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the journey.
- Concierge Services: Provide personalized concierge services to clients, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and special requests.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each client's travel itinerary, ensuring expenditures align with client expectations and company profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high service delivery standards by conducting regular quality checks and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel experience, providing timely updates, recommendations, and assistance as needed.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, confirmations, and travel guides, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Crisis Management: Respond quickly and effectively to any unexpected challenges or emergencies during clients' travels, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
- Destination Expertise: Stay informed about Luxury Travel trends, destinations, and experiences to offer clients informed recommendations and insights.
- Client Feedback: Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to gauge satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and foster long-term relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving business goals.

Requirements
