Job Description
Maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance tasks as required.
Ensures preventive maintenance is being followed through Minimum machine break down.
Maintains machines, equipments, building & utilities to ensure they are in good top condition.
Assists the operation in setting up the new machinery.
To assist the operation team to expand the building and warehouse capacity.
Manage specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
Controls / maintains and replenish spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipments
Monitors and controls maintenance costs
Maintains sound housekeeping and safety practices in the plant area
Manage and maintain the operation of utility system
Support the operation for the safety improvement.
EHS
Leads EHS Indonesia team, to manage the daily EHS activities and ensure effective implementation of EHS programs aligned within the region.
Drive overall EHS plant activities and support ADI to comply with regulation law and company corporate requirement.
Provides and arranges EHS training for employees properly, to build the safety culture working environment in ADI.
Ensure standardization of EHS practices e.g. PPE and 5S,stay in the zone practices with global standard.
Respond to an establishment of the EHS A3 (yearly plan), coordinate and work with the team to prioritize EHS implementation.
Organize and lead EHS audit/inspection, familiar with ISO18000 system and is capable to establish a new system, and ensure sustainable compliance through company-wide standards and program.
Organizes and lead safety activities as well as improve under Kaizen project by follow and implements some best practice learning from other plant
Daily implement safety improvement by implement BO - Behaviour Observation, QRP, LOTO, stay in the Zone etc.
Develops and build the emergency response plan ( ERP ) and provides training the team.
Consolidates issue EHS monthly report timely & effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering
5 years of work experience, preferably in Manufacturing or Ink or Printing.
Experience in handling EHS project
Result Oriented with drive execution skills.
Stay around Cikarang area ( preferred)
Willing to work in Cikarang area
Computer literacy
- Communicative in English
- Ahli K3 Umum certificate holder
