Maintenance Supervisor

Hi everyone! Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere – beachclub, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub – professionally concepted. We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor with specific requirements:  

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experiance as a Maintenance Supervisor

- Strong knowlede of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Strong communication skills

- Experience HVAC Job Description :

- Oversee and coordinate the maintenace team's daily activities

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to maintenance staff

- Inspect facilities to identify maintenace needs and prioritize repairs

- Develop and implent preventive maintenance programs

- Troubleshoot equipment and system failures to minimize downtime - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
