We are looking for a Marketing Analytical Associate/Supervisor/ Assistant Manager or Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the analysis of marketing data to extract insights that will inform strategic marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, market research, and marketing strategies within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of marketing analysts in conducting thorough analysis of marketing data including sales figures, consumer behavior data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and product development to identify key business questions and develop actionable insights to address them.
- Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance their analytical skills and capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures and validation processes.
