- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback and develop talent within the team
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, Store promotion
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence and organizing the company's publications
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta and meet this requirement:
- Indonesian talent with strong fluency in English
- Minimum 10 year experience in Marketing, at least 3 years in Head of Marketing position.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree is preferred
- Strong track record in Brand Building within Consumer Goods Industry
- Agile, Dynamic and able to present well with multiple stakeholders
- Strong Leadership team, Hands on and willing to travel
