Our client Aqma company which is engaged in the health and beauty industry currently requires Marketing Manager

Job Description

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.

3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

4. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

6. Engage in both B2B and B2C marketing activities, targeting healthcare companies and individual consumers.

7. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising channels.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

4. Proficient in digital marketing concepts

5. Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

6. Have diverse experience in marketing to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences.
