Job Description:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, segmentation, monthly reports, etc.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and manage Social Media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g.. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc).
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and Social Media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, conversations, and competitor activity.
- Generate high-quality content for vanous marketing channels, including blog posts, email campaigns, and Social Media updates.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e g. Microsoft Office, CRM. Google Analytics, Social Media management platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. (Bahasa & English).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
