Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. This individual will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns:
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the internal & external team to establish campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for optimization.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our products/services against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
3. Content & Messaging for Brand management:
- Align with the brand guideline to develop engaging marketing content, including newsletter, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Activities & Metrics:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including always on programmatic, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, Share of Voice from assigned business unit, Monthly active user and marketing influence pipeline.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
5. Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Provide input and support for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing for minimum 7 yrs experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms (e.g., marketo, Google Analytics, social media management tools) will be a plus.
