Mechanical Expert (Managerial Level)

Job Description:

1. To manage activities of maintenance in order to ensure that all equipment and facilities for process of production in plant is running as its standard manual and operated in optimal cost, safe condition, and free from environment pollution;
2. Prepare and propose Maintenance budget, control expense against budget on monthly, quarterly and six month basis;
3. To control sufficient spare parts inventory level, in order to ensure the stocks availability with respect to the equipment criticality level, population, and lead time;
4. Coordinate  and  control  the  vendor,  supplier,  sub  contractor  selection,  to  ensure back up reliability and quality;
5. Plan,  coordinate, direct  and  control  safety  activities, to  ensure  safety  procedure conformance, to achieve zero accident;
6. Plan, coordinate, direct and control ISO Quality System Requirement to ensure the implementation is effective for improvement quality of plant maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering;
2. Fluent in English both orally and in writing (capable of writing report in English, with experience of working with foreign workers)
3. Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance work in a chemical plant or chemical manufacturing, or equivalent related experience;
4. Strong combined knowledge of OHSE principles, understanding plant hazard and its countermeasure, able to lead accident investigation, has a capability to react properly when accident happened;
5. Strong combined experience in Project Management;
6. Has an understanding impact of hazardous waste release and its countermeasure, able to lead environment pollution investigation;
7. Demonstrated effective systematic approach to problem-solving;
8. Demonstrated team building, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally;
9. Preferably have experience with foreign plant operations;
10. Placement: Cilegon, Banten (Plant).
