Uraian Tugas
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:- Assessment of completeness of items medical cost estimation from the hospital
- Analyze the data of medical cost estimation proposed by hospital (Length of Stay, diagnoses, cost etc)
- Compare medical cost estimation from each hospital (total cost, Length of Stay, clinical pathway)
- Evaluate the suitability of the tariff in the hospital invoice with the agreed medical cost estimation.
- Analyzing and mapping the medical cost estimation and the suitability of the new tariff book when the hospitals increase tariffs.
- Analyze data for hospital’s evaluation
- Review and analyze for each outlier in every hospital or doctor
- Attend the meeting
- Collecting report on time
Requirements:- Computer literate: word, excel, PPT,
- Good problem solved, analyze & communication skill
- Good documentation skill
- Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
- Education background in medical service (non-doctor) such as Nursing
- Experience in hospital administration or insurance (1-2 years experience)
- Freshgrade from medical graduate (non-doctor) allow to apply
