Job Description:
- Analyzing sales data to determine product performance and identify growth opportunities
- Forecasting sales and monitoring inventory levels to ensure the company stocks and delivers products on time
- Working and collaborating with warehouse to determine regularly delivery schedules
- Collaborating with Brand Manager, Product Developers and other interested parties to create compelling visual merchandising display, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring sales trends and adjusting inventory levels at each store
- Identifying and analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Also determine the most effective pricing strategy
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with third party like Dep store, Malls etc
- Communicating effectively to Internal team member and external division to ensure that the merchandising strategy aligns with the overall business strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising or a related field
- Min 5 years experience in merchandising or a related field. Preferably from Fashion industries
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet programs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for retail and a strong understanding of the latest trends and consumer preferences
