Merchant Account Management Executive

Requirements:
1. Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Sales & Marketing (Horeka, UMKM would be preferred)
2. Min S1 education
3. Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and a constantly changing environment
4. Proficient in English is a plus
5. Comfortable working using a laptop and internet
6. Great communication and negotiation skills
7. Accustomed to work on field, able to develop merchant's business
Job overview:
1. Approaching and deal merchants
2. Canvasing to look and finding potential (Legendary/Hype) merchants in the area
3. Increase revenue and merchant investment with quality merchant acquired
4. Handling complaints merchant
5. Reach positive Net Promotor Score (NPS) from merchants
