Uraian Tugas

Merchant Incubation 

Requirements:

  1. 2  years experience in merchant operation/management (E-commerce).
  2. Management experience of brand sellers in large e-commerce is preferred.
  3. Be able to speak English (is a must).
  4. Strong logical thinking and task coordination ability, capable of multitasking, good at finding problems and proposing solutions.
  5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork awareness.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Provide training guidance for new sellers, understand the learning needs of sellers, formulate training topics and content, and track results.
  2. Effectively stratify merchants, identify seller performance problems at different stages, set matching growth goals and solutions, and help sellers grow in AKULAKU.
  3. For key sellers, provide a package of operation plans, guide store operations, put traffic on and off the site, strive for resources, etc., to help businesses grow rapidly then summarize the successful experiences, and create benchmark cases.
  4.  Data analysis, data monitoring, and analysis of the growth rate of business operation indicators and category performance can identify potential problems and risks based on data, deeply mine needs, propose optimization strategies, and adjust work plans.
