Job Description:
- Design, configuration, development, deployment, installation and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Development CRM Modules: Enhance coverage business process in CRM (Relate to Integration with SAP system).
- Sales & CRM - 4 Submodules.
- Order to Cash - 3 submodules.
- Service Management - 6 Submodules.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.
- Preferable 3 year(s) of working experience in related position.
- Experience working in progressively complex environments database.
- Willing to learn new technologies, fast learner and have sense of ownership throughout project lifecycle.
